Beautiful remodel done. Old home renovation project needing custom like touches and updating for old bathroom. Recognized the value of re-design for space and flow for this small bathroom space. the modern touches provided an outstanding updated look for the seller. In a tough market this home in less than 30 days due to one of the many budget friendly updates in this home.

Kitchen.

The oudated kitchen with a 70’s like theme and the lantern placed over the breafast – dining area made this kitchedn not only look outdated but also very dreary and dark. Due to the small kitchen size this was suggested to upfilt instantly using the lighter color palletes. After work compeltion, the kitchen and the attached breakfast- dinign area was a pleasue to sit at and enjoy with the light colors, superior granite finished and updated plumbing.

Bathroom

This is an example of a simple bedroom remodel to include the updating of the room by using crown molding giving the bedroom a more grandioselokk, rather than a run down apartment style look. In addition to the crown molding, the windows were also updated with a more quality fram in and smoothing of the walls ans repaint, of course. This was a simple job, minimal cost and labor to achieve this result, but added much more value to the home and general appeal.

Kitchen.

Curb appeal is key when selling a home or just simply staying in a good looking home. This 70’s built home was long overdue for a facelift. Simple and more detailed touches really brought our the look of the home and transformed this old property into what you may think was a recently custom built home. The upstairs master was given a walk out balcony and support beams throught the front of the home. The sidewalk was kept in the same position, but expanded to give a more defined look with landscaping behind the cement work. The usual exterior transformation updates were suggested to change the siding, front door and accent beams.
